What Is Homosexuality?
Homosexuality refers to the attraction between people of the same sex. Homosexuality means having intercourse with males in the back passage. This was the action of the accursed people of the Prophet of Allah Lut (عَÙ„َÙŠْÙ‡ِ ٱلسَّÙ„َامُ). In shari'ah terminology, it refers to inserting the tip of the penis into the anus of a male. At different times and in different cultures, homosexual behaviour has been accepted, tolerated, punished and banned in different ways. Muslim as well as Jewish-Christian cultures generally consider homosexuality to be a sin. However, many Jewish and Christian leaders have gone to great lengths to make it clear that these are actions, not individuals, or even their "inclinations" or "passions" that their beliefs hold.What Is Lesbianism?
Lesbianism means one woman doing to another something like that which a man does to a woman. It is a condition in which a human woman is emotionally and generally sexually attracted to other women, or so on.
Other Names For Homosexuality
It's a sexual phenomenon, as opposed to gender identities such as male, female, and non-binary. People who are Homosexual can refer to themselves as gay, lesbian, LGBTQ, queer, or any other terms. The most common synonyms are "homosexual" or "Lesbianism." Homosexuality usually means that a man is attracted to another man, while homosexuality means that a woman is attracted to another woman. “Queer” is a broad term that refers to someone who is not heterosexual (attracted to the opposite sex) or cisgender (having a gender identity that corresponds with their assigned birth gender). "LGBTQ" is an acronym that means gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning. It usually defines a community of individuals rather than a specific individual.
Ibn Katheer (رَØِÙ…َÙ‡ُ ٱللَّٰÙ‡ُ) said:
“The words of Allaah ‘And the two persons (man and woman) among you who commit illegal sexual intercourse, hurt them both’ mean, those who commit immoral actions, punish them both. Ibn ‘Abbaas (رَضِÙŠَ ٱللَّٰÙ‡ُ عَÙ†ْÙ‡ُ), Sa’eed ibn Jubayr and others said: By condemning them, shaming them and hitting them with shoes. This was the ruling until Allaah abrogated it and replaced it with whipping and stoning. ‘Ikrimah, ‘Ata, al-Hasan and ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Katheer said: This was revealed concerning a man and woman who commit fornication. Al-Saddi said it was revealed concerning young people before they get married. Mujaahid said: it was revealed concerning two men if they admit it bluntly; a hint is not sufficient – as if he was referring to homosexuality. And Allaah knows best.”

1. Health issues Of Homosexuality:
All men face some health risks. However, gay men and men who have sex with men have some specific health concerns.
a. Depression: Gay men and men who have sex with men might be at higher risk of depression and anxiety.
b. Sexually Transmitted Diseases: Men who have sex with men have an increased risk of contracting HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, as well as other sexually transmitted infections. Oral-anal intercourse may lead to a gastrointestinal infection caused by organisms such as G lamblia; E histolytica; Shigella, Salmonella, and Campylobacter species; and hepatitis A virus.
c. Body Image Problems And Eating disorders: Gay men are more likely than their straight counterparts to experience body image problems and eating disorders, such as anorexia and bulimia nervosa. Gay men have higher rates of dieting and binge eating than heterosexual men.
d. Cervical cancer, Breast and endometrial cancer, and Anal cancer: Homosexual and bisexual women are less likely to use oral contraceptives, are more likely to have nulliparous and are more likely to smoke than heterosexual women - all Risk factors for breast and endometrial cancers.
There are several case reports of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and human papillomavirus infection in such women who confess to having sex only with women. In gay, Risk factors for the development of anal cancer include a history of anal intercourse. History of genetic warts; Herpes simplex virus, type 2, infection; Hepatitis B virus infection; History of chlamydial infection; And because of the current smoking.
2. Antigay Violence: In 41 of the 50 states, discrimination against an employee - dismissal or denial of employment - is still legal based solely on his or her sexual orientation. In addition, most states do not include sexual orientation under hate crime laws.
3. School-Related Problems: More than 95% of homosexual people feel isolated and emotionally isolated from their peers because they feel different. About half and 20% of gay people are verbally or physically assaulted in secondary school. homosexual young people are 4 times more at risk of school property than gay men. Homosexual youth are 5 times more likely to go to school for fear of their personal safety. 28% of these students drop out of high school.
4. Suicide: It has been estimated that homosexual youth are 3 times more likely to attempt suicide than their gay counterparts. About half of those who are homeless have attempted suicide at least once.
5. Homelessness: Many homosexual young people leave their homes because of stress in the family environment or because of being evicted by gay parents. And the fear of preying on other children in the house. Many gay people have loving families and raise happy, successful children. In fact, a 2014 study found that there were some differences in family structure or social development between homosexual families and those of opposite-sex families.
6. Prostitution: Many gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youth have low self-esteem and turn to prostitution to survive in their homes and schools and to avoid physical, sexual and emotional abuse. On the road, they are at risk of rape, exploitation, drug use and HIV.
Homosexuality is one of the worst crimes against creation, nature, religion and human existence. Its implications on the individuals and the society at large are manifold. Dr Muhammed, in his book entitled “Islam and Medicine” list these implications to include:
1. Aversion for women: Those who practise homosexuality usually don’t have a desire for women. This negates one of the essences of marriage, procreation, which can only occur through cohabitation between men and women. Where individuals are compelled to have same-sex wives or husbands, such people are deprived of love, mercy and tranquillity, which are the targets of marriage.
2. Negative impacts on the nerves: This habit is injurious to the soul as it impacts negatively on the soul. This results in an attack on the psychological reflex in the character of the individual. He thinks that he ought not to have been created as a male. That is why you see gays dressing like women, especially those who occupy the portion of ‘wives’ in this animalistic tendency.
Of course, the sin of homosexuality is one of the greatest sins. Indeed, this is one of the major sins which Allah has declared haraam. Allah Almighty destroyed the people of Lot with a terrible kind of torment because they persisted in their sin and made this evil deed common and acceptable to each other. But if the person who commits this evil deed, or any deed which is punishable by a limit, repents, forsakes this sin, seeks forgiveness, repents of what he has done and intends not to return to it. ۔ If he truly repents to Allah, then Allah accepts his repentance and he does not have to confess his sin in front of anyone so that the punishment may fall on him.
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (رَØِÙ…َÙ‡ُ ٱللَّٰÙ‡ُ) was asked:
"But if the person who does this evil deed, or any other action which is subject to a hard punishment, repents, gives up that sin, seeks forgiveness, regrets what he has done and intends never to go back to it."
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (رَØِÙ…َÙ‡ُ ٱللَّٰÙ‡ُ) replied:
"If he truly repents to Allaah, Allaah will accept his repentance, and he does not need to confess his sin to anyone so that the hard punishment would be carried out on him."

"Forgiveness is only incumbent on Allah toward those who do evil in ignorance (and) then turn quickly (in repentance) to Allah. These are they toward whom Allah relenteth. Allah is ever Knower, Wise."
[Quran 4:17]
"Multiplied for him is the punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated –Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work. For them, Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful. And he who repents and does righteousness does indeed turn to Allah with [accepted] repentance."
[Quran 25:69-71].
If he sincerely repents to Allah Almighty, there is no reason for him not to marry, and of course, it may be obligatory for his protection and according to Allah's permission. And Allah knows best. May Allah bless our Prophet Muhammad (ï·º).
Anal sex is strictly forbidden, even between heterosexual married couples. If a man has anal sex with his wife, he has committed a major sin which requires repentance. He must repent and repent for committing such a sin. Allah Almighty destroyed an entire nation which was accustomed to this bad habit. But, the wife is not considered divorced as many people think, because there is no evidence to support this view. However, the scholars are of the opinion that if a man does this habitually or insists on having anal sex with his wife, then he has the right to demand divorce because he is considered a sinner who is harmed by his actions. Has been, and also that its purpose cannot be marriage by this act. The wife must resist this evil act and refuse to respond to her husband's desire for anal sex. He should be reminded of Allah as well as the punishment of those who transgress His limits.
"He who has intercourse with his wife through her anus is accursed."

“Allah will not look at a man who has intercourse with his wife in her buttocks.”
[Sunan Ibn Majah 1923]
“Allah is not too shy, to tell the truth,” three times. ” Do not have intercourse with women in their buttocks.”
[Sunan Ibn Majah 1924]
“Anyone who goes to a soothe sayer and believes in him or enters a woman in the anus has rejected faith in what was revealed unto Muhammad.”
[Musnad Ahmed Vol. 1, P. 86]
"Allah is not too shy to tell you the truth: Do not have sex with your wives in the anus."
[Ahmad 5/213]
In Islam, sex with the vagina is permissible only, because children are born from here. The semen in the womb that produces offspring is likened to the seeds that are sown in the ground, from which plants grow. These are the two substances from which something else arises.

Dangers Of Homosexuality And Lesbianism

Ibn Al Qayyim (رَØِÙ…َÙ‡ُ ٱللَّٰÙ‡ُ) said:
" Both of them - fornication and homosexuality - involve immorality that goes against the wisdom of Allah's creation and commandment. Homosexuality involves innumerable evil and harms, and the one to whom it is done would be better off being killed than having this done to him, because after that he will become so evil and so corrupt that there can be no hope of his being reformed, and all good is lost for him, and he will no longer feel any shame before Allah or before His creation. The semen of the one who did that to him will act as a poison on his body and soul. The scholars differed as to whether the one to whom it is done will ever enter Paradise. There are two opinions which I heard Shaykh al - Islam ( may Allah have mercy on him ) narrate."

Homosexuality and relationships are strongly condemned in the Islamic tradition, which sees these acts as unnatural due to the wickedness of Lut's people. Men who violate the rules of sex or act openly are also condemned by both tradition and scholars. According To Quran,
"If two men among you are guilty of lewdness, punish them both. If they repent and amend, Leave them alone; for Allah is Oft-returning, Most Merciful."
[Quran 4:16]
Ibn Al Qayyim (رَØِÙ…َÙ‡ُ ٱللَّٰÙ‡ُ) said:

Homosexuality And Lesbianism In The Quran
Homosexuality and relationships are strongly condemned in the Islamic tradition, which sees these acts as unnatural due to the wickedness of Lut's people. Men who violate the rules of sex or act openly are also condemned by both tradition and scholars. According To Quran,
"If two men among you are guilty of lewdness, punish them both. If they repent and amend, Leave them alone; for Allah is Oft-returning, Most Merciful."
[Quran 4:16]
We also (sent) Lut: He said to his people: "Do ye commit lewdness such as no people in creation (ever) committed before you? For ye practise your lusts on men in preference to women: ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds. And his people gave no answer but this: they said, "Drive them out of your city: these are indeed men who want to be clean and pure!" But we saved him and his family, except his wife: she was of those who legged behind. And we rained down on them a shower (of brimstone): Then see what was the end of those who indulged in sin and crime!
[Quran 7:80-84]
Of all the creatures in the world, will ye approach males, And leave those whom Allah has created for you to be your mates? Nay, ye are a people transgressing (all limits)!" They said: "If thou desist not, O Lut! thou wilt assuredly be cast out!" He said: "I do detest your doings. O, my Lord! deliver me and my family from such things as they do!" So We delivered him and his family,- all Except an old woman who lingered behind. Then afterwards We destroyed the others. We rained down on them a shower (of brimstone): and evil was the shower on those who were admonished (but heeded not)!

(We also sent) Lut (as a messenger): behold, He said to his people, "Do ye do what is shameful though ye see (its iniquity)? Would ye really approach men in your lusts rather than women? Nay, ye are a people (grossly) ignorant! But his people gave no other answer but this: they said, "Drive out the followers of Lut from your city: these are indeed men who want to be clean and pure!" Then We saved him and his household save his wife; We destined her to be of those who stayed behind. And We rained down on them a shower (of brimstone): and evil was the shower on those who were admonished (but heeded not)!

And (remember) Lut: behold, he said to his people: "Ye do commit lewdness, such as no people in Creation (ever) committed before you. "Do ye indeed approach men, and cut off the highway?- and practise wickedness (even) in your councils?" But his people gave no answer but this: they said: "Bring us the Wrath of Allah if thou tellest the truth." He said: "O my Lord! help Thou me against people who do mischief!" When Our Messengers came to Abraham with the good news, they said: "We are indeed going to destroy the people of this township: for truly they are (addicted to) crime."

According to Hadith, The Prophet (ï·º) said:
The Prophet (ï·º) cursed effeminate men (those men who are in the similitude (assume the manners of women) and those women who assume the manners of men, and he said, "Turn them out of your houses." The Prophet (ï·º) turned out such-and-such man, and `Umar turned out such-and-such woman.
[Sahih al-Bukhari 5886]
"If you find anyone doing as Lot's people did, kill the one who does it, and the one to whom it is done."
[Sunan Abi Dawud 4462 Hasan Sahih (Al-Albani)]
"If a man who is not married is seized committing sodomy, he will be stoned to death."
[Sunan Abi Dawud 4463]
"A man should not look at the private parts of another man, and a woman should not look at the private parts of another woman. A man should not lie with another man without wearing a lower garment under one cover, and a woman should not lie with another woman without wearing a lower garment under one cover."
[Sunan Abi Dawud 4018]
"A man should not lie with another man and a woman should not lie with another woman without covering their private parts except a child or a father. "
[Sunan Abi Dawud 4019, week]
The Apostle of Allah (ï·º) cursed the man who dressed like a woman and the woman who dressed like a man."
[Sunan Abi Dawud 4098, Sahih (Al-Albani)]
Ibn AbuMulaykah told that when someone remarked to Aisha (رَضِÙŠَ ٱللَّٰÙ‡ُ عَÙ†ْÙ‡َا) that a woman was wearing sandals, she replied:
The Messenger of Allah (ï·º) cursed mannish women.

"Whoever you find doing the actions of the people of Lut then kill the one doing it, and the one it is done to."
[Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1456, Hasan (Darussalam)]
'There is nothing I fear for my ummah more than the deed of the people of Loot.'"

The Messenger of Allah cursed (ï·º) women who imitate men and men who imitate women."
[Quran 7:80-84]

Ibn ‘Abbas and Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger as saying, “Accursed is he who does what Lot's people did." In a version by him on the authority of Ibn ‘Abbas, it says that ‘Ali had the two people concerned burned and that Abu Bakr had a wall thrown down on them.

The evil consequences of homosexuality are among the worst, so its punishment is one of the most severe in this world and in the hereafter. It is one of the greatest crimes, one of the worst sins and the most heinous act, and Allah Almighty punished those who did it like He did not punish other nations. It is a sign of transgression of nature, utter misguidance, weak intellect and lack of religious affiliation, and it is a sign of torment and deprivation of Allah's mercy. May Allah Almighty keep us safe and sound.
“Whoever you find doing the action of the people of Loot, execute the one who does it and the one to whom it is done.”

Ibn al-Qayyim (رَØِÙ…َÙ‡ُ ٱللَّٰÙ‡ُ) said,
"Because the evil consequences of homosexuality are among the worst of evil consequences, so its punishment is one of the most severe of punishments in this world and in the Hereafter."

According to Abu Bakr al-Siddeeq, ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib, Khaalid ibn al-Waleed, ‘Abd-Allaah ibn al-Zubayr, ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Abbaas, Maalik, Ishaaq ibn Raahawayh, Imam Ahmad, the punishment for homosexuality should be more severe than the punishment for Zina, and the punishment is execution in all cases, whether the person is married or not.
Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar said:
"The same applies to the sin of lesbianism. There is no doubt among the fuqahaa’ that lesbianism is haraam and is a major sin."

"Whoever has intercourse with an animal, kill him and kill the animal with him."

What Is The Punishment For Homosexuality?

Can Homosexual Acts Be Forgiven?
Of course, the sin of homosexuality is one of the greatest sins. Indeed, this is one of the major sins which Allah has declared haraam. Allah Almighty destroyed the people of Lot with a terrible kind of torment because they persisted in their sin and made this evil deed common and acceptable to each other. But if the person who commits this evil deed, or any deed which is punishable by a limit, repents, forsakes this sin, seeks forgiveness, repents of what he has done and intends not to return to it. ۔ If he truly repents to Allah, then Allah accepts his repentance and he does not have to confess his sin in front of anyone so that the punishment may fall on him.
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (رَØِÙ…َÙ‡ُ ٱللَّٰÙ‡ُ) was asked:
"But if the person who does this evil deed, or any other action which is subject to a hard punishment, repents, gives up that sin, seeks forgiveness, regrets what he has done and intends never to go back to it."
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (رَØِÙ…َÙ‡ُ ٱللَّٰÙ‡ُ) replied:
"If he truly repents to Allaah, Allaah will accept his repentance, and he does not need to confess his sin to anyone so that the hard punishment would be carried out on him."
[Majmoo’ al-Fataawaa, part 34, p. 180]
"Forgiveness is only incumbent on Allah toward those who do evil in ignorance (and) then turn quickly (in repentance) to Allah. These are they toward whom Allah relenteth. Allah is ever Knower, Wise."
[Quran 4:17]
"Multiplied for him is the punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated –Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work. For them, Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful. And he who repents and does righteousness does indeed turn to Allah with [accepted] repentance."
[Quran 25:69-71].
If he sincerely repents to Allah Almighty, there is no reason for him not to marry, and of course, it may be obligatory for his protection and according to Allah's permission. And Allah knows best. May Allah bless our Prophet Muhammad (ï·º).
Homosexual Issues In Heterosexual Life
Anal sex is strictly forbidden, even between heterosexual married couples. If a man has anal sex with his wife, he has committed a major sin which requires repentance. He must repent and repent for committing such a sin. Allah Almighty destroyed an entire nation which was accustomed to this bad habit. But, the wife is not considered divorced as many people think, because there is no evidence to support this view. However, the scholars are of the opinion that if a man does this habitually or insists on having anal sex with his wife, then he has the right to demand divorce because he is considered a sinner who is harmed by his actions. Has been, and also that its purpose cannot be marriage by this act. The wife must resist this evil act and refuse to respond to her husband's desire for anal sex. He should be reminded of Allah as well as the punishment of those who transgress His limits.
"He who has intercourse with his wife through her anus is accursed."
[Sunan Abi Dawud 2162]
“Allah will not look at a man who has intercourse with his wife in her buttocks.”
[Sunan Ibn Majah 1923]
“Allah is not too shy, to tell the truth,” three times. ” Do not have intercourse with women in their buttocks.”
[Sunan Ibn Majah 1924]
“Anyone who goes to a soothe sayer and believes in him or enters a woman in the anus has rejected faith in what was revealed unto Muhammad.”
[Musnad Ahmed Vol. 1, P. 86]
"Allah is not too shy to tell you the truth: Do not have sex with your wives in the anus."
[Ahmad 5/213]
According to Abu Hanifa (رَØِÙ…َÙ‡ُ ٱللَّٰÙ‡ُ),
"Anal sex, whether done with a woman or a man, does not warrant a hadd penalty even though it may not be permissible.”
[Dar al-Kutub al-Ilmiyya, 2003, Vol.9, p. 184.]
Islam does not consider sexual desire as the main purpose of marriage. Because marriage is a means of finding peace and realizing the love and affection between husband and wife. Furthermore, it is a means of sustaining human nature and fostering a strong network of relationships that helps build good families in the smallest units of society. This is the ultimate goal of a healthy Islamic society. Almighty Allah says in the Qur’an,

“Your wives are a tilth for you, so go to your tilth (have sexual relations with your wives in any manner as long as it is in the vagina and not in the anus), when or how you will, and send (good deeds, or ask Allah to bestow upon you pious offspring) for your own selves beforehand. And fear Allah, and know that you are to meet Him (in the Hereafter), and give good tidings to the believers (O Muhammad).”
[Quran 2: 223]
The Muslim should not doubt, even for an instant, that what Allah has prescribed is wise. He should know that there is great wisdom in what Allah has commanded and what He has forbidden. It is the straight path and is the only way in which man can be safe and at peace, protecting his honour, his mind and his health, in accordance with the natural disposition ( fitrah ) with which Allah has created man. May Allah protect us from these Great Sins, and guide those who are indulging themselves in these Haram acts. Aameen
